Their Proposal story as told by Abby – “My friends and I were having a girls weekend in Montgomery before summer break. On the way back, one of my friends mentioned she needed to go by the Arboretum to pick some stuff up. I thought this was odd because it had been raining outside! My friends and I were walking through the trees, and I didn’t even notice it was Blake standing with his back turned to me! He put his arm in mine and suddenly I realized what was happening. He walked me over a bridge, down next to a pond where he had decorated an area, told me how much I meant to him and how excited he was for me to finally be his wife, and asked me to marry him! I said yes, of course, finally!!! Our friends and family were waiting with champagne and food to share the day with us. Oh yeah, and I had get my ring cut off my finger because it was too small! :)” From Blake – “The one thing I love most about Abigail is how smart she is and how she always has an answer for me. Anytime I have a question about anything I always know I can go to her! She also cares so much about others and will always go out of her way to help people out!” From Abby – “Something I love about Blake is his dedication to his family. He absolutely loves and values spending time with family! Whether we are spending a day at his parent’s pool or going on a trip to the beach or mountains, he gets so excited to spend time together. He likes playing sports or games, listening to music, or experiencing something new. All year, he looks forward to Auburn football and Christmas, because they are largely spent with his Granddaddy, Dad, and brother.” Abby and Blake are both so sweet and genuine! And, SO in love!! They made our job so easy!
