Today is a great day because we have the honor to blog about Allyson & Matt’s gorgeous wedding! We have been looking forward to this wedding since their engagement session. Their engagement pictures are still some of my favorites, and since then I have been *not* patiently waiting on their gorgeous wedding. I knew the day would be perfectly planned and gorgeous, and OH it was! Allyson had thought of every little detail!

The day started out at Springhouse on Lake Martin, AL. This venue is a dream! I was in photographer heaven! Allyson has an infectious smile and she let’s the small things go which is one of the many reasons why she is such a great person and the sweetest bride! She had the sweetest bunch of bridesmaids and they made getting ready and taking a lot of pictures just that more fun. Allyson’s first look with her Dad was such a sweet, sentimental moment that made us all tear up and I am so thankful we are able to capture moments like this! Memories captured last a life time and I am so happy she will be able to look back at these tender moments for years to come.

Matt is a laid back guy, but he was truly excited to see Allyson for the first time as his bride! They are so easy to photograph and during their portraits we had a breath taking back drop with a perfect sunset! Their gorgeous ceremony and reception took place with the most gorgeous sunset which was so fitting! As the harp played, Allyson walked down the aisle to Matt and time stopped for just a moment! The day was perfection and we are so thankful to have been there! Allyson and Matt, we are so thankful to know you guys and we hope your honeymoon was perfect! 🙂
